Description

This was taken in Beppu, Oita prefecture, Japan. In Beppu, there are a series of hot springs called 'jigoku' - 'hells'. The water in each hell pond is extremely high...they cook eggs in several of them.

This is from the Red Blood Pond Hell.

I really didn't think hell would be such a pretty place....
